Doing the RSS feeds and going through the other blogs could take forever. Another site to explore on a cold rainy day when you do not have a book to read or children to entertain, but still I completed the exercise and found a picture that would make all librians cringe, imagine a book drop like this in the morning.

# 10 Image Generators.

These online generators are great, you can have so much fun, pick on or try them all, I did. The generator blog is great, I love Harry Potter, being able to pick a character and play dress ups gave me a laugh and I like the ribbons, check out this site. Was not so keen on letterjames, but each to their own. I do like bighugelabs.com this site is fun and I like creating the breast cancer picture.

#11 Library Thing

Have played with Library Thing today. It is a great tool to keep record of the books that you have read and like or don't like, you could even list books that you want to read anyway check out my book list. This is a great site.

# My Space page

Have heard so much about My Space that we have just finished doing a My Space page for my friend Rosie. We thought that since I have a Blog that Rosie could have her own My Space page check it out at www.myspace.com/rosepudy and let us know what you think about it. We are just getting experience with all this new technology. Will use this when we get to week 9 # 20.

#7 Technology. How our everyday life has changed because of technology.

How different is life today with computer's and the technology that we have. Compare life today in 2007 and then look back to life in 1997 or even 1987. In my opinion nearly every part of our daily lives are different now than they were 10 or 20 years ago.

I am teaching a 78 year old lady how to use the internet, to look at her face when I am showing her site where she can check the weather, the current news or even old news from past years is amazing not only for her but for me to watch her reaction.

So much more has changed in my life span compared to hers in regard to technology. The best was when I got onto google earth and took her home to Ireland, she could not afford to travel because of finances and health but because of the computer and the internet she can whenever she wants.
